2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using Vsense, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Description of Service
Vsense provides wellness-related insights using camera-based analysis technology. The Service is intended for informational, wellness, and lifestyle purposes only.
4. Health Disclaimer and Not Medical Advice
Vsense does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition. The Service is provided for informational and wellness purposes only. You should not rely on Vsense as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about your health.
5. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive manner, including but not limited to:
- Violating applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service.
- Reverse engineering, copying, scraping, or modifying the platform without permission.
- Using the Service for fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized purposes.
- Abusing referral, reward, payment, or subscription systems.
7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Renewals
Certain features of Vsense require a paid subscription. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the displayed price, billing cycle, applicable taxes, and subscription terms shown at the time of purchase.
For purchases made through the Apple App Store, subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. All Apple in-app purchase payments are processed by Apple.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings on your device.
No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law or handled directly by Apple according to Apple policies.
Pricing may vary by region and may change in accordance with Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or other applicable payment provider policies.
8. Builder and Referral Program
Participation in the Builder or referral program is subject to additional eligibility rules and review.
- Referral rewards may be modified, suspended, rejected, or revoked if eligibility requirements are not met.
- Fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or manipulative behavior may result in disqualification.
- Product access and referral membership may expire together as defined in the applicable plan terms.
- We reserve the right to review, adjust, approve, reject, or delay referral payouts to prevent abuse and ensure compliance.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, software, designs, trademarks, branding, and materials within Vsense are owned by or licensed to the Company.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or authorized purposes.
- You may not copy, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without permission.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms, technology providers, app stores, analytics tools, hosting providers, and payment providers. We are not responsible for the availability, terms, security, or practices of third-party services.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your specific needs.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create risk for other users, or engage in harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we update the Terms, we will revise the Last Updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
