This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share personal data when you use Vsense, including camera-based wellness measurement features delivered with support from our technology partners.
By using Vsense, you acknowledge you have read and understood this Policy.

Age requirement (16+)
Vsense is intended for individuals 16 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 16. If you believe a person under 16 has provided personal data, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
What data we collect
A. Data you provide
Depending on how you use Vsense, you may provide:
- Account data: name, email, phone number, login credentials (or SSO)
- Optional profile/demographics (if you choose to provide them): age, sex at birth, height, weight, and similar attributes used to improve the accuracy of results
- Support data: messages you send to support, feedback, and attachments
- Builder/Affiliate data: name, email, phone, referral code/link, payout details (and tax info only if legally required)
B. Camera-based measurement data (no raw video uploads)
Vsense uses your device camera to perform wellness measurement. Vsense never uploads raw video or raw images.
Instead, Vsense processes the camera stream locally and generates an encrypted payload of derived signals and parameters (not pictures or video). This encrypted derived measurement data may be transmitted to our backend and to our technology partner, Nuralogix, to analyze the data and generate wellness results. Raw camera input is processed in real time and is not stored or retained by Vsense or Nuralogix.
C. Wellness results and history
The Service may generate wellness measurements and scores (e.g., general wellness indicators).
If you create an account and choose to save results, we store your results history linked to your account.
If you use Vsense without saving, we may keep only short-lived operational logs needed to deliver the session and keep the service secure.
D. Device, log, and usage data
- IP address, timestamps, app version, browser type
- Device/OS type, language, approximate location (e.g., from IP or device settings if enabled)
- Crash logs and performance diagnostics
- App interaction events (feature usage)
E. Cookies and similar technologies (Web)
